NEW TO SoTE VI Conference
Excellence in Engaged Scholarship Award is new to SoTE this year. Consideration for this award is optional. The top five-eight paper proposals will be selected to submit a paper to the SoTE Committee by March 1, 2014. These papers will be automatically submitted to the Journal of Applied Research in High Education (JARHE). The authors should follow the author guidelines for the journal. Information about the JARHE and author guidelines can be found under the quick links. From those top submissions, one paper will be selected for the Excellence in Engaged Scholarship Award. The winner will be recognized at the conference and will be presented with a plaque and $200 prize co-sponsored by Higher Education Teaching & Learning Association (HETL) and Emerald Publishing.
