The conference organizing committee is interested in hearing about your experience at the 2014 Anchorage Conference. Your responses are completely confidential and anonymous. The responses will not be made public in any way or shared with anyone outside the organizing committee. The responses will be used solely by the organizing committee as a means to improve future HETL conferences.
