Dr. Taisir Subhi Yamin is Director of the Center for Giftedness, Creativity, and Talent Development (GCTD).
GCTD aims to engage in rigorous, cutting-edge research on topics that will have a deep and meaningful impact on giftedness, creativity, and talent development in basic and higher education. HETL accomplishes this aim through rigorous academic research and publishing by collaborating with academic researchers and scholars around the world.
HETL has partnered with the International Centre for Innovations in Education (ICIE) to advance the scholarship and practice in the areas of giftedness, creativity, and talent development.
The global HETL network allows educational leaders and scholars around the world to effectively collaborate on meaningful and high impact ways to improve educational policies and practices in giftedness, creativity, and talent development. These collaborations have yielded many scholarly publications and initiatives, as well as many new theories, principles, models, methods, frameworks, taxonomies, and concepts.
