Amy has taught courses in writing; multicultural, feminist, and U.S. literature courses; poetics workshops and interdisciplinary, senior capstone courses for writing majors; doctoral seminars in composition theory, critical pedagogy and research methods in composition studies; and practicum and community-engaged learning courses.
